The launch event for the Waveney Valley Sustainability Educators Alliance (WaveSEA)
The Waveney Heritage Centre was very pleased to be able to provide our excellent facilities to a conglomeration of educators from all over East Anglia.
The launch event for the Waveney Valley Sustainability Educators Alliance (WaveSEA) was a great success. Around 60 educators, sustainability leads and environmental organisations from across the region, including 36 education trusts, 15 partner organisations and 4 local authorities came together, the event being formally opened by our local Green Party MP, Adrian Ramsay.

Please note: This event was a venue hire, not an event put on by WHC. It was a great use of our facilities and we were very pleased to be able to host such an event, especially as our building was previously the local primary school. If you would like to hire our facilities, the whole building or just one room, please contact us, email: waveneyheritagecio@gmail.com.

Gordon took us on a tour of Harleston telling us anecdotes of wartime events armed with maps and photos.
